Nature of Services and Regulatory Compliance
SoCal Mitigation Network (hereinafter "the Company") operates strictly as an off-site material supplier, project documentarian, and professional fabrication consultant. The Company does not hold a California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) contracting license at this time. All information, communications, and directions provided on this website, through digital forms, or during consultations act strictly as an informative knowledge base and general consultancy. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as an offer, contract, or agreement to execute field construction, structural installation, or specialty contracting work.
Absolute Exclusion of Field Execution and Restricted Disciplines
The Company does not perform, contract for, or manage any field installation, infrastructure development, seismic retrofitting, or structural tie-ins. The Company explicitly rejects and does not perform certified Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), metallurgical analysis, ultrasonic inspection, or radiographic testing. All references to "NDT" on this platform refer exclusively to the Company's proprietary Weld Integrity Observation & Documentation methodology. This process consists solely of visual evaluation, interval photography, time-lapsing, and live-streaming of the weld pool during shop fabrication for aesthetic feedback, historical logging, and client transparency. It does not replace, supplement, or satisfy municipal or statutory requirements for certified independent third-party structural inspections.
